How do I sign up for a class?

Do you do gluten free?

I do not! However, folks who are gluten sensitive often find they can tolerate sourdough bread. Please talk to your doctor. 

Do you sell your bread and baked treats?

As of September 2026, I am indefinitely pausing local sales of baked goods. I am focusing on teaching classes and sharing recipes!

Tell me about your starter!

My starter is an unknown age before arriving to me, but has been with me for almost 5 years! Its name is "Stick", which is a reference to my favorite book series of all time, The Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson.
